If you are tired of the same old restaurant fine dining experience and looking for a little more style and panache, then check this pop up fine dining venue.  Dinner started at the landmark Laguna Hotel, dining al fresco along the beachfront with a sunset. "The dining project is such a great and creative concept in the culinary world. We have been going since day one and have been continuously impressed by Chef James' unique and delicious flavors as well as the awesome service from Patrick and the rest of their team! We love how every bite of each course can bring out new flavors and almost always leaves us wanting more. The presentation and delivery of bringing everything together is like no other, with their wines that are perfectly paired by Patrick. You can tell each wine choice is well thought out and supplements the food so well. Overall, this is a great culinary experience and we can't wait to continue to see what the Dining Project has in store next!"
