Patrick has been working in the best restaurants around the United States and Europe for the last 15 years. He started his career in Beaver Creek, Colorado where his passion for the service industry began to grow. After, he moved to Maui, Hawaii to continue his path at Merriman’s restaurant in Kapalua, with one of the best Chefs on the island, Peter Merriman. Patrick later spent one summer at the well known restaurant Earth at Hidden Pond Resort in Maine before moving to California, where he now works at the casual fine dining oceanfront restaurant Splashes, in Laguna Beach. His passion for food and wine has led him to multiple well known fine dining establishments where he has been given the opportunity to enhance his guests  experience with his personal skills developed along the years. Armed with his sommelier certification and numerous wine tastings with master sommeliers, Patrick joins James Caveness and Shana Howard in hosting a unique dining experience where he can share his perfectly paired combination of passion that drove him throughout his career, with the wealth of knowledge he has accumulated over his time in the industry. ​​
