January 18th - The Dining Project at Kitchen in the Canyon
The Dining Project team has been hard at work for the last few months, and we are thrilled to finally announce that we will be kicking off 2020 with an intimate dining experience at Laguna Beach's Kitchen in the Canyon! Enjoy a cocktail prepared by our friends from FAIR VODKA, then let us show you to your table where you will enjoy a 6-course tasting menu accompanied by a selection of global wines that have been expertly paired with the succession of the menu. Marrying their technique, imagination, knowledge, and experiences Chef James Caveness and Sommelier Patrick Fremery highlight the best that the state has to offer throughout this - California's Winter - inspired menu.

February 15th - Celebrate Valentine's Day with The Dining Project
In an effort to let you avoid the stressful rush home from work, the crowds, and the complicated and impacted reservation schedules that most restaurants offer, we have decided to host our dining experience the day after Valentine's Day, itself. On top of the overall scheduling convenience for most diners, we also believe that a date night with your special someone should be stress free, and not feel rushed. Our limited seat structure will allow you to comfortably enjoy your experience in a quiet, intimate atmosphere where you will be spoiled - first, by FAIR VODKA then be treated to a series of dishes paired with wines from around the world, and after, end your meal with coffee, and a series of sweets.
